Seller Terms and Conditions

Welcome to VIKJAN GROOT AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED ("Platform"). These Seller Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Platform as a seller of agricultural products.

By registering as a seller on our Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

To register as a seller on our Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have legal authority to sell the products you list
• Possess all necessary licenses and permits required for your products
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain a valid bank account for payments

All products listed must:

• Be agricultural products or related items
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Be accurately described with clear specifications
• Not be counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited items
• Include high-quality images that represent the actual product

• You are responsible for setting your product prices
• Our current commission structure is 15% of the sale price for each transaction
• Commission rates are subject to change with 30 days prior notice
• All prices must include applicable taxes
• You may not charge buyers additional fees beyond the listed price

• You must fulfill orders within 48 hours of receipt
• Products must match the description and quality shown in listings
• You are responsible for proper packaging to prevent damage during transit
• You must provide valid tracking information for shipped orders
• Failure to fulfill orders may result in penalties or account suspension

• Payments will be processed within 7 business days after order delivery
• We reserve the right to withhold payments for disputed orders or suspected violations
• You are responsible for providing accurate bank account details
• All payments are subject to applicable tax deductions
• Minimum payout threshold is $1000

• Buyers may return products within 7 days of delivery if defective or not as described
• You are responsible for return shipping costs for defective/wrong items
• We will process refunds to buyers and deduct the amount from your account
• Perishable goods may only be returned if spoiled upon arrival
• Disputed returns will be reviewed case-by-case

Sellers must not:

• List prohibited or illegal items
• Engage in price manipulation or collusion
• Provide false information about products
• Attempt to bypass our commission system
• Contact buyers outside our Platform for transactions
• Use the Platform for any fraudulent activities

• You retain ownership of your product images and descriptions
• By listing on our Platform, you grant us a license to display your content
• You must not infringe on others' intellectual property rights
• We may use your brand name and logo for marketing purposes

• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms
• You may terminate your account with 30 days written notice
• Outstanding payments will be processed within 45 days of termination
• Active orders must be fulfilled even after termination notice

VIKJAN GROOT AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for:

• Any losses due to product quality issues
• Shipping delays or damages
• Disputes between buyers and sellers
• Technical issues beyond our reasonable control
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Churu, Rajasthan.
